All goods are sent via Royal Mail and you have the option to use their Guaranteed Delivery service. International customers have the option to use AirSure, a fully tracked service, where available. The shipping tarrif will be calculated at the time of checkout and is based on the number of items you have ordered.

We accept returns for faulty goods and will refund you in full if this is what you require. We will not refund or replace goods that have been damaged due to misuse, handling not consistent with an item of hand-crafted jewellery or general mistreatment of the cufflinks. We will be fair and reasonable - please reciprocate.
